“Very good but it might be a good idea to read emails to customer services. I put wrong size on an order but emailed immediately to correct it. But it was ignored and the wrong size sent so I had to pay postage for return & pay postage for new order.”

Thank you for the review and your custom over the last 12 years. I am sorry the email you sent was not acted upon before the order was sent. The orders go directly into the warehouse and they process the orders very quickly, so it can often be completed before the customer service team get to their emails. I will pass on your comments to the relevant managers to see how this can be avoided in future.

“Always good service and mostly good quality. Sadly i have not been so happy with 1sr position character shoes of late i feel there has been a change of supplier. Would still recommend IDS.”
