“As always your operators and service was faultless. Unfortunately this year Impulse Dance School could not buy the costumes from you for their end of year show as pupil’s parents could not afford them. They were sourced from elsewhere but acknowledge that the quality was inferior to IDS costumes.”

“Really pleased with products and quick delivery. Excellent customer care but returns payments/refunds leave a lot to be desired as having to wait an entire month is far too long for such a big company.”

We offer a 28 day no quibble returns policy to allow customers time to try on their goods when they have been delivered and return them if they don't fit. The goods are then refunded. There is a large volume of returns which means that sometimes there is a delay in getting your refund to you. We are working hard on trying to bring this time down.

At IDS, we pride ourselves on being dependable and delivering quality products designed specifically for dance. We understand how important it is for dance teachers to have the right resources on time. Unfortunately, we do sometimes have issues with stock levels due to circumstances beyond our control but I can assure you that the team are trying their best to resolve things. We do not always get a reliable time scale from our suppliers, which we know causes problems, but we try to keep our customers informed of delivery dates where we can.
