“Could the ballet shoes / so danca have a note on on the web to recommended go up 2 uk sizes up from current UK size (I keep making this mistake when ordering!)”

“I paid for express delivery and still have not received my items”

I am sorry you have not received your parcel. I have checked the Tracking and it is at the DHL depot awaiting collection as delivery attempts failed "Delivery attempted but no response at Consignee address". They should have left a card with instructions but if they did not please contact customer services on 01626 363232 who will help you.

“I have been using IDS for at least 20 years. As an overseas customer in the Middle East we have had to navigate difficulties with customs, banking issues etc. IDS have always been incredibly understanding and have continuously supported us.”

“I have ordered items from IDS for many years. I’ve recently found that many items are out of stock for quite a while. Items that are dance basics such as leotards, ballet shoes etc.”

“I have been using IDS for many years the dancewear is of a high quality and the range is extensive ordering is simple either by calling to place an order or by their very easy online portal. Delivery is mostly quick but of late the company delivering have not always been as reliable of late .”
