“Really pleased with products and quick delivery. Excellent customer care but returns payments/refunds leave a lot to be desired as having to wait an entire month is far too long for such a big company.”

We offer a 28 day no quibble returns policy to allow customers time to try on their goods when they have been delivered and return them if they don't fit. The goods are then refunded. There is a large volume of returns which means that sometimes there is a delay in getting your refund to you. We are working hard on trying to bring this time down.

We do not always get a reliable time scale from our suppliers, which we know causes problems, but we try to keep our customers informed of delivery dates where we can.
