“Your offer, your platform and your customer services are quite good, however your shortage of some supplies, such as crossovers and skirted leotards, which has been for a couple of months has been very frustrating.”

Thank you for the review and your valued custom over the last year. We hold a large amount of stock but unfortunately sometimes there is a delay in replacement stock coming in. We try to get this in as quickly as possible but are not always 100% fully stocked. Thank you for your patience.

“I was disappointed not to receive the package on the date DHL said it would be delivered. I waited in as I was given a tracking number to confirm delivery on Friday 2nd May between 12:30 - 2:30. The package didn't arrive and is now saying it will arrive on Tuesday 6th May (after my exam date). I would have appreciated the option to pay for confirmed next day delivery at checkout. Now I have to source items locally when I don't have time to do so!”

Thank you for your review and your custom over the last 14 years. I am sorry your parcel did not arrive. It was sent on a next day delivery service as DHL confirmed in their original correspondence to you. Unfortunately we have no influence over the courier once they have the parcel and if they did not deliver when they were supposed to it is outside of our control. I will get our account manager to look into this.

“Very good but it might be a good idea to read emails to customer services. I put wrong size on an order but emailed immediately to correct it. But it was ignored and the wrong size sent so I had to pay postage for return & pay postage for new order.”

The orders go directly into the warehouse and they process the orders very quickly, so it can often be completed before the customer service team get to their emails. I will pass on your comments to the relevant managers to see how this can be avoided in future.
