Shoe manufacturers all work to different sizing standards and we publish their sizing charts to try to help you get the correct size but are aware that this does not guarantee a perfect fit. Please feel free to return any that do not fit.

I am sorry you have not received your parcel. I have checked the Tracking and it is at the DHL depot awaiting collection as delivery attempts failed "Delivery attempted but no response at Consignee address". They should have left a card with instructions but if they did not please contact customer services on 01626 363232 who will help you.
