I have used IDS for years! I am reasonably happy with the service... I find ordering online painfully slow and quite frustrating. The goods are high quality and arrive within a couple of days of ordering.
More information Re OUT OF STOCK GOODS would be helpful.... to place a back order not knowing if it will appear in 2 weeks/2 months or longer is not great re dealing with waiting customers!
But on the whole i am a happy customer.
