“Absolutely brilliant costumes supplier . Friendly helpful and swift service with very good prices . The recent stock problems are annoying and the cost of returning items for regular customers would be something that would be appreciated.”

Thank you for your lovely review. I will pass your comments about the return process to the relevant department. As far as the stock levels are concerned our shelves are filling up as quickly as our suppliers can deliver into us and we hope to be back to normal soon.

“Quite a lot of the glitter was coming of the waistcoats when the children were trying them on also I’m still waiting for the hats to be delivered .”

Thank you for your review. I'm sorry to hear that the hats were missing and a member of our customer service team has already arranged for replacements to be sent to you. With regards to the glitter, most items containing glitter will usually see a small amount come off during performances.

I am sorry you are not as happy with us as you once were. We know the service level during the pandemic fell below expectations for which we apologise. Since then however we have been working with our suppliers and are committed to partnering with them to help fully reopen the dance industry as quickly as possible, even with the different levels of restrictions still existing around the globe. Our shelves are filling up as quickly as our suppliers can deliver into us and we have reintroduced the same day shipping service for orders placed before 12 noon. We want to continue to be your preferred supplier and appreciate your loyalty through the difficult times.
