“Until recently I have been very pleased with the service IDS offer. Sadly, at present, the items I need/use... uniform and shoes are constantly out of stock. Trying hard to stay loyal .... but struggling!”

Our shelves are filling up as quickly as our suppliers can deliver into us and we are trying hard to avoid this situation arising in the future. Many Dancewear suppliers are struggling to get Branded items back into stock as there continues to be different levels of restrictions around the globe. Please bear with us as we want to continue to be your preferred supplier and are grateful for your loyalty to us for the past 15 years.

We are doing everything we can to exceed expectations in terms of delivery and, at the moment, we are despatching within 2 working days from order placement. We are working with our suppliers and our shelves are filling up as quickly as they can deliver into us. We want to continue to be your preferred supplier and are doing our best to get as much stock in as possible but unfortunately dance shoes seem to be taking a while to come in which is a situation we share with other dancewear supply companies. Hopefully this will soon right itself and we can give you the service that you deserve.
