“We always have great service from IDS. Our purchase this time was for sizing and to decide on our next carnival costumes. We are awaiting a new costume to try before making our final decision then purchasing all the costumes in the summer.”

We are working with our suppliers and are committed to partnering with them to help fully reopen the dance industry as quickly as possible. Planning and forecasting continues to be difficult due to the different levels of restrictions still in existence around the globe. Unfortunately Covid has had a domino effect on many things, including factories as well as suppliers closing -suppliers can provide anything from materials, dyes, elastics and machines that we source to produce our dancewear and costumes. Our shelves are filling up as quickly as our suppliers can deliver into us and we hope to be back to normal soon. We want to continue to be your preferred supplier so please bear with us.

Our shelves are filling up as quickly as our suppliers can deliver into us. Unfortunately Covid has had a domino effect on many things, including factories, as well as suppliers, closing -suppliers can provide anything from materials, dyes, elastics and machines that we source to produce our dancewear and costumes. We have kept the price increase as low as possible, and most items have not increased in price at all, but everything has gone up from raw materials to transport costs. We want to maintain our high level of quality, which you also appreciate, so do not want to cut costs by using inferior fabrics.As far as speed of delivery is concerned we now pledge to despatch the same day for orders placed before 12 noon and most are sent on a 48 hour tracked service. Thank you for your continued custom as we want to be your preferred supplier and are doing our best to get back to normal.

“nothing is ever in stock and when you ring up to ask they give you a date and it still doesn't turn up. I know there have been problems but an honest answer would be better than being fobbed. been waiting for over 8 months for uniform to be in stock.”

Our shelves are filling up as quickly as our suppliers can deliver into us and we appreciate how frustrating it is not to have a definite delivery date. We try our best to give you as much information as we can but if the supplier puts the dates back we are left in the lurch. We want to remain your preferred supplier and hope you will bear with us during these trying times.

“Ordered the RAD G3 Hairband for Dance D. The product quality is good. Pricing is also excellent compared to other suppliers. I was most impressed by the prompt delivery - I asked for it to be delivered to Singapore and it arrived in 3 days!!! In this case, IDS used DHL and tracking of the parcel was easy. I could tell where the parcel was at different stages. Lim Soo Chern, registered teacher of RAD”

“Very good! IDS has been our supplier for more than 20 years. I have never been disappointed. Their products have always been the standard I expected. When something goes wrong (nothing is perfect) they always have been very helpful in finding alternative solutions or quick refund. Bravo to their customer service team!”

“I am very pleased with most of the service from IDS but would like to be kept up to date on uniform staples as some items have been out of stock for many months with no news on when they may be available again. Similar alternative items are also out of stock.”

There are still different levels of restrictions around the globe which are affecting dancewear companies and we are working with our suppliers to get the stock in. Our shelves are filling up as quickly as our suppliers can deliver into us but we cannot give definitive dates as there are so many variables from sourcing the fabric to haulage and customs which all affect any deliveries we receive. We do not want to promise that an item will arrive on a specific date and then have to let you down when it does not arrive. We want to continue to be your preferred supplier so please bear with us.
