“Our showcase order came within a week of ordering, with nothing missing and everything packed nicely. Only downside to the packaging is that you have to open everything to see what size it is; could be helpful to have the size clearly on the packet. Items are good quality and the accessories aren’t cheap. Had a few struggles with ordering as the book and website codes don’t match on all the items and there’s things in the book you no longer sell on the website, which again made the ordering a little more complicated. Otherwise, super happy!”

Thank you for the review. I will pass on your comments to the relevant teams. Unfortunately since we did not produce a catalogue this year some of the items in the 2019/2020 catalogue are no longer available. We are bringing out a Costume catalogue in the New Year which should help a lot.

“Thank you very much for your extremely fast efficient service. My order arrived in Hong Kong within days of being ordered. I cannot fault your service which as usual is amazing. My only downside on feedback is that the blue and yellow tutus are made of very strong net and the kids are complaining they are very scratchy..... they will manage though as they are overjoyed that after so long and after having had so many problems because of Covid they are actually be taking part in a dance performance.”

“Adult red boot covers only just fit and I’m small (5’) with size 3 feet ! I remember I bought a Adult one size skirt which was v small . Maybe rather than ONE SIZE you should advise size 8-10 or 12 ? Love my sparkly sequin outfit . I’m a size 12 and ordered a L which is perfect - last time I ordered medium and it was a bit snug ! Great fast service and I love your range of adult costumes x”

Manufacturers all work to different sizing standards and we publish their sizing charts to try to help you get the correct size but are aware that this does not guarantee a perfect fit.

“I am so sorry not to be giving 5 stars. Your service used to be outstanding and I am still/will still be a loyal customer. However, out of stock items have lately created repeated inconveniences and deliveries have become much slower. Hope I'll soon be able to change my rating to full marks!”

Dear Arianna Thank you for your feedback and for your custom. We know the service level during the pandemic fell below expectations for which we apologise. We continue to make improvements and are working with our suppliers to help fully reopen the dance industry as quickly as possible. Planning and forecasting continues to be difficult due to the different levels of restrictions that still exist around the globe. Our new warehouse extension is now completed and the shelves are filling up as quickly as our suppliers can deliver into us. We are doing everything we can to exceed expectations in terms of delivery and at the moment we are still despatching within 2 working days from order placement. We want to be your preferred supplier and loyal customers like you are valued highly so it is good to hear that you are not planning on leaving us. I hope that your rating will be changing soon.

“Very disappointing customer service. Was spoken to very rudely by Chelsea from customer service. There should be a free returns service due to the fact that you are not able to exchange items. The costume fitting guides are very off also.”

This is also explained in our returns policy. “so much out of stock , been waiting months for some items , got a lot of new pupils who are desperate for leotards and because we use yours we cant get them from anywhere else”

“The sizing on the leotard was way out from the Q26 we usually order which means I will need to return it which isn’t very cost effective. I ordered a Size 2 and probably need a 0.”
