“My order didn’t arrive as was stated as package went missing but as soon as I emailed a new one was sent out promptly. Great quality mat nearly half the price I paid for a very similar quality one from a high street kitchen shop.”

“I just wanted to say that we had first class service from First Mats. I found them through a google search & they had just what I wanted but delivery was listed as 2 3 days - as is the norm I needed next day delivery! So I rang them & they couldnt have been more helpful. They said if I placed my order online they would intercept it & fast track it. True to their word, they rang me to say that they had my order and were cutting it & despatching the same day. I received my order the very next morning. Excellent customer service! I would highly recommend First Mats.”

“The mat I ordered from you was of much better quality than the others I'd seen for the same price. Although advertised as beige in colour it was much darker than expected but I'm very pleased with it as it will even more practical than first imagined! A good service, will certainly use again when needed. thank you.”

“I'm sure lovely people and emails suggest that, although the only contact was 'order confirmation' and then an apology for delayed delivery due to easter. The product is as advertised and I would normally recommend the supplier. However, I entered 180 inches (in length that I needed) and received a mistake of 180 cm which suited less than a third but at a prime cost. I tried to call but no reply or response to my message. So it has cost me. I am hoping this message will be seen so I can update to a more positive review.”

“Beautiful padded play mat. My daughter has one for my granddaughter and it is so comfy, I bought one for our house. Great for my old knees when playing with my granddaughter. So easy to keep clean.”
