“Quick delivery/ we'll packaged / good quality / my only criticism would be the cut edge was a tad rough , but didn't affect the size overall, would use again .”

“Great communication from David. The order was delivered quickly however there was a mistake with one of the mats (nothing major the logo was mistakenly printned on both instead of 1) Said we could keep the wrong mat and a new one would be sent which was very nice, the only reason 5 star not given is there was a quite a delay in the correct mat being sent out.”

“Recommended by Toyota we purchased for our Goods in warehouse.. Tape used to stick to floor not great & mats are hardy but not as obsorbant as expected, so after FLT passes over wheels are still wet so still slippy floor BUT less so than without the mats.”

“david was great we ordered 85x150cm for our clinic entry hallway. it looks fab, our needs were met. We did send a few designs and queries back and forth and david and his colleuges were very accomodating. i do wish they had a smaller mat we would put outside our clinic without it going into our drive or for people to trip up on. they did go a bit MIA near the christmas break and i was persistant with my follow up's.”

“Great product and good price, the only thing that let it down was that the mat was very much darker than indicated on the site. However, the site does warn that the shade as shown may not be exact but to me it almost bears no resemblance. The colour was black and mink, pictures indicate a 50\50 mixture but more like 90\10.”

“Straight forward transaction. Web site easy to navigate and found what I was looking for . No dispatch email recieved, however , after emailing First Mats it would appear my item was sent through a third party hence no communication. So, good customer service was received.”
