“I first see First Mats online and being a Bolton Fan i needed a Mat for my Bar, Spoke with them and they were brilliant from start to finish, the design they done was excellent and the finished product was everything i wanted, wouldn't hesitate to use First Mats again, top service thanks First Mats 5 Stars from me.”

“We purchased our first doormat for the kitchen and were so impressed we ordered a second mat for the utility room. The larger sizes mean we can keep our dog on the mat whilst we dry his paws. Very pleased with communication and quick delivery.”

“Although these mats are quite corporate in look, and are possibly really for offices etc. I decided to purchase a made to measure mat for the kitchen and unfortunately, although it had the correct measurements marked on the back, it was too large. After speaking with my account manager, and sending a photo of the mat, I was sent a new mat which fitted perfectly. Amazing customer service. Very pleased with the mat and would happily recommend this excellent company.”

“Not purchased for conventional use but to protect French blinds in two conservatory’s from condensation, split the roll and rolled into sausage shape and laid at the base of each window, so far so good in absorbing”

“First mats provided the best customer experience I have ever received. I made an error in my order and the product arrived as I had incorrectly ordered. I approached First mats to see what they could do to help and they replaced the mat at no charge to me. Amazing customer satisfaction and I would highly recommend them.”
