I was not happy with the poor quality of the coir matting I purchased and so I wrote the person named on this request for a review. I did not receive the courtesy of a reply.

I haven’t received all the order despite 2 phone calls to chase delivery. No one has been able to say when my brush matting will be delivered from order #26623 made weeks ago!!!!

I was glad to see that this had been delivered not long after, but again I can't apologise enough for the lack of clarity on providing the tracking. I purchased the Grey ones and to be honest they are not suitable for home use. They would be ideal for industrial usage. But definitely not for a home

Arrived fairly quickly, it was very uneven, we have clamped it down to the table for a matter of weeks now but there are a few ripples that will not go, making it very awkward to work on.

The mats themselves were ok I suppose but there's no way in my opinion that they were worth the money we paid for them.

It was only 84 cm wide and was meant to be 100x100 too small For area it was ordered for.

Thought the quality of the product was poor, compared to our current smaller IKEA door mat the First mats one slips more on the hard floor and just looks and feels cheap. Wouldn’t recommend and as a custom size unable to return

The wheelie bin took some time to arrive & unfortunately the wrapping tape pulled the recycle symbol off he front & the bar to hold on the handle was missing. Waiting for an update after contacting First Mats a week ago to replace the bar or the whole bin.
