“Moving around in our fruit cage is not easy for an old fella like me who has minor balance problems, so we needed a 'floor' of some sort to level things up. First Mats provided the solution. The material was easy to cut to shape and the result is excellent and will make harvesting our strawberries and raspberries very easy. Thank you First Mats!”

“Mat was all good, as described and arrived when estimated. I'm taking two stars for the courier they have chosen to use. Didn't bother to knock or ring the bell. They just threw it over the fence into a puddle. When we found it sometime later it took a week to dry out and be usable.”

“Arrived safely and very well packaged. Easy to install in the garden. Good clear face that has stood up to the recent storms. Being radio controlled it is keeping good time and looking forward to the hour changing when we move from GMT to BST. Nice rounded design that sheds rain easily. Phot from across the garden and still easy to read.”

“There was an issue with the wrong depth of Coir matting, which was unfortunate. However, Jack took ownership of rectifying the mistake quickly and without fuss after apologising - mistakes happen, but the customer service was excellent. Thanks Jack.”
