“Attention to detail for the customer with such a big project is essential and EYG are perfect at setting minds to rest whatever the issue. Customer service is the best, they were super quick to answer phone, email and even text messages. Price and delivery was excellent, there's no unnecessary hanging around with this company. The work done was to the very best standard I've seen for many years. The knowledge and assurance of the guys was above and beyond 'the norm'. They were helpful, courteous and friendly and even managed to keep the place as clean and tidy as they could, which is a skill in itself in the building trade. First class job EYG on our new conservatory roof.”

“Very happy with our replacement hybrid conservatory roof. it was installed without fuss, great care was taken protecting our flooring. The finish plastering with all its angles looks amazing. First class job.”

“We are NOW happy with our front door but the installation was not without its problems. The two lads were very good, did a neat job but, come time to show us how everything worked...the door wouldn't lock! They spent 45 minutes trying various adjustments to no avail and it took a separate visit from a service engineer to sort it. COULD DO BETTER EYG!”

“Had two doors installed, both needed after fitting. The front door was dragging on the carpet, after a second visit to rectify this m a third visit was arranged Al seemed ok then then the hinges started squeaking. After 4 visits everything seems OK. But time will tell ! The worst thing is. Not one person has said sorry about this, I eventually got a discount but no apology”

As you say we did encounter an initial issue with the front door installation due to a slope on the concrete step which did require some extra work following installation, however, we hope you are happy that - as we promise - we always return to put any issues right for our customers, which can sometimes become apparent a couple of days after fitting windows and doors. Hopefully all is well now, but if you do have an issue at any time, please get straight back in touch as we will be back to sort it - as that's what we do. Kind regards. Lisa.

“Had my windows and doors fitted last week, the guy"s who fitted them where so professional tidy and pleasant u would not have noticed they had been in my property, my window and doors look beautiful and my home feels much warmer, i did have a some damage which one had been repaired but not the other disappointed that no one has spoken 2 me about this but i told i think Neil l left message when he came 2 fit rear window left him a letter, but apart from that well done EYG and all concerned i would definitely recommend you, Sue Newcom Street”

“On delivery failed on the first booking forgot the 7,P's princable, martin phoned me in the after afternoon they were due about 0930hrs, i was unhappy with this Martin and i had words, a little time after we spoke again and he came to realise the customer comes 1st, we rebooked the install date for 2 doors and 2 windows for the following week, the two men arrived (i unfortunately forgotten thier names) they were nice pleasant and helpful, Martin in a way of good will gesture discounted us £100 as we were put out along with other traders following EYG, after all of this i would consider buying from EYG again,,”

“Very happy with the windows and the service provided. We had an issue with a small spillage on carpet but the fitters returned and repaired the problem. Would recommend EYG having had a conservatory built 5 years ago”

“My expectations were either exceeded or met during the sales and delivery cycle with EYG. Their price was competitive compared to other quotes, everyone I spoke to was courteous and professional. Their quoted lead times and terms of business were accurate and the quality of the product (backdoor) is just impressive. The Installation team were again courteous, polite and effective. They cleaned up after themselves and presented me, courteously, with the final bill as I knew they would. I paid by bank transfer within the hour and view it as money well spent. Congratulations EYG a GREAT job! Thank you”
