“The windows are lovely but after the fitter had gone we discovered a water leak from the bathroom toilet!! We had not used the loo in there when we went in to look at the new window found a puddle of water and he must have stood on it or fell on it and dislodged it which caused the leak. We have had the plumber to repair it costing us £150.00. Not good. Look forward to your comments.”

“EYG offered a reasonably priced quote for what was a large & unusual shaped conservatory roof replacement. They completed the conversion in less than perfect weather conditions. The finished job exceeds our expection in style & quality & the new roof does exactly what was claimed it would i.e. to be warm & cosy without it costing an arm & leg in heating bills. The workforce are a credit to themselves & to EYG the quality of of their workmanship & grim determination not to allow our exposed conservatory be damaged by the inclement weather (& the weather was grim at times) still stands out as going that extra mile.”

“Excellent from initial visit when very helpful suggestions were made for replacement French door through to the finished job a few weeks later. Removal of the old doors wasn't easy but Andrew managed it without intruding on the decoration. Cleared away afterwards and new door is just right for the location”

“Ordered patio doors. Fitting was very good. But the glass had a scratch and the handles were also scratched. The fitter said they would be replaced, that was 11th November. Heard nothing since. When fitters left the door wouldn't lock so they had to come back to sort it. Surely they should have trued the lock before they left. I am still waiting for glass changing. No information forthcoming.”

“We were not looking forward to having the doors and windows removed on a cold November day but the two men who came along had the job done in next to no time. A few hours rather than a day long job. Everything went smoothly and both men were very helpful. An excellent job. Used EYG before this and will no doubt use them again should the need arise.”

“The men who fitted the door were friendly, courteous, cheerful and efficient and did an excellent job, which helped to restore my faith in EYG, after the job was postponed twice and took over twelve weeks, when I had been told it would be eight weeks. I got a message on my answerphone the day before the first cancellation. Unfortunately it didn’t make sense and I had to make two phone calls before I knew it was cancelled. The next time it was cancelled was on the day of the installation and again I had to make two phone calls before I learnt of the cancellation and to arrange another date. At no time did anyone ring me to let me know. However, as I stated earlier, the installers were brilliant. I didn’t stay to watch them, but my neighbour watched them and was impressed by their efficiency and the care taken.”

“Happy with the overall build of our conservatory although didn’t get the flooring we wanted & ordered months before the floor install so had to compromise to get the job finished. Couldn’t fault the guys who did all the hard work however the build process way too long. Had the feeling our job was managed in between bigger jobs although can’t prove it. This was 3rd time we had EYG, previously no issues but disappointed in the management of our job and their attitude”

We do apologise for the issue with the flooring, unfortunately there was an issue with the floor supplier. Our Installation Manager did source a better floor, however we do appreciate that you were frustrated with the late changes, and again, we do sincerely apologise for this. “We recently had our windows replaced by EYG and are thrilled with the service we received from start to finish. Due to damage to our property, we needed new windows fitted urgently, so we contacted EYG for a quick quote. A representative visited the very next day to take measurements and provided a detailed quote on the same day. Once our insurance approved the work, we placed our order, and the process moved swiftly from there. The surveyor came out promptly to finalise the measurements, allowing production to begin without delay. The installation itself was completed in just three days by two exceptionally skilled installers. They were polite, professional, and meticulous, taking care to leave no mess behind at the end of each day. They truly were a credit to the company. It’s only been a few days since the windows were installed, but we’re already noticing a significant improvement in the warmth of our home. Not to mention, the windows look fantastic from the outside! We couldn’t be happier with the entire experience and would highly recommend EYG to anyone looking for quality windows and outstanding service. Thank you, EYG!”
