“Absolutely delightful customer service! I looked on various websites before deciding to buy direct and it was the right decision. An extra gift and a hand written note made my day and is such a rare occurrence these days. Not to mention the boots are fantastic as always!!”

“I bought a pair of insoles for my Lowa renegade walking shoes as the original ones had worn causing me to feel that little stones were in the shoe. I Hadn’t worn them a lot so was surprised. The shoes themselves are very comfortable. I did a 7 hour Alpine walk and had no issues with them. Just wish the insoles lasted longer. At £5 can't complain too much though even though the shoes can cost £130-140. Delivery was rapid.”

“I have Lowa Ranger III GTX - excellent, high quality shoes which did well during winter in terms of protection from snow, water and cold but also in terms of durability during summer hiking in rocky mountains - the leather on the very tip of the shoe is barely worn despite many km of rocky terrain covered during single hikes. I also additionally bought Lowa cream and Water stop spray for them and they are excellent products and the delivery was very quick. Highly recommend Lowa for anyone, it is well worth the price - furthermore I found shoe care instructions in my shoes booklet as well as Lowa website very well put together and detailed.”

“Bought a pair of Lowa Patrol boots 6 months ago when I started a job delivering Sainsburys groceries....why? Because I bought a pair for my son 10 years ago when he passed-out of Army Infantry Training. He said thhey were the best boots he had ever had.....and they are still going strong. I agree with him having worn them for 6 months. Superb quality, durability and comfort. Bought a replacement pair of insoles from you which arrived today....great price, free delivery and a gift included too! Great service...Thank you.”

“The Lowa Renegade GTX boots are lightweight, waterproof, semi-flexible walking boots good for both day hikes and multi day camping trips. These boots need a short period of time for breaking in, thereafter they are comfortable to walk in. The Renegades come in Narrow, Standard and Wide widths and in a wide array of colours. The original insoles are removable and can be fitted with custom orthotic insoles or other types of specialized insoles. These boots are made in eastern Europe.”

“Good quality boots, on my second pair. Both my wife and I walk our dogs twice a day and the boots are comfortable and durable. Service is good, needed new laces, arrived in a couple of days, now keep they away from the dogs, so maybe will not need new laces in the near future?”

“This is my second pair. First pair for stable / yard use - instant comfort, supportive, light, very durable and feet always keep dry. They still have plenty of life in them. Second pair brought for a charity walk based on the above. Hope these boots will always be available to buy, they are just perfect. Great service, returns label and how to sent back arrived with the boots; kind of you Lowa but you will not be getting them back :) worth every penny too”

“Bought these boots off the back of a recommendation from a friend. Would definitely pass on the recommendation. Great boot. Great fit. Also the delivery was very prompt. And free. With the option of a free return incase of wring Fitting or just unliked.”

“I have been using these shoes for years and have bought many pairs. They are very good quality and very comfortable. I am now enjoying the added comfort of the wider fit, but wished they came in more than 1 colour so I could buy more. High quality sole gives lots of grip which means it does wear quicker than I would like. Overall, I cannot find better!”

“Lowa staff are very friendly, and helpful. But there are a few issues with the website. The shoes I ordered were showing as in stock. But they were not, so had to reorder in a different colour. Then the order form did not request which UPS drop off point i wanted to use, so had to chase up my order, when i did not receive an acknowledgement. The order was then processed promptly by the friendly staff, but I did not receive any notifications of order progress. So I took a chance and went in to my UPS drop off point and the parcel had arrived. Shoes are great, exactly what I wanted and a great price too.”
