“I ordered from Lowa five days ago and paid for next day delivery. I sent a message to Lowa yesterday. No sign of a reply or my order. A bit of a cheek to ask for a review when they have not supplied my shoes. Just terrible.”

“My latest Lowa walking shoes are excellent and I am very pleased with them. This is my 5th pair and this time I chose a slightly lighter pair but they still are a very substantial shoe, very comfortable and good thick soles. Bought on line and service first class.”

“IT's early days as I have just received the boots. I have however given them 3 outings walking the dogs for 15 miles. They appear sturdy, they are comfortable and have kept the water out whilst walking through long wet grass. They are fairly heavy but not problematically so. This year I will be walking The West Highland Way in Scotland and walking in the Swiss Alps, I am confident these boots will be more that capable!”

“Bought the Renegade 30th anniversary boot in blue, seem really nice, not worn them often but appear well-made, they are very lightweight for boots, decent styling, comfortable and sturdy, would recommend, recently bought new insoles and the order was delivered really quickly and the product is up to standard for a decent price, big-up Lowa, Peace”

“I ordered new Renegade GTX shoes for my wife online as a birthday present. We already both have Renegade walking boots, with which we are entirely satisfied. I made an error on the order form and was contacted immediately to correct the mistake. The shoes were delivered quickly and I'm told that they are a great fit - they certainly look great. I recommend Lowa as the place to go for your walking boot and shoe needs”

“Living in North of Scotland I have to rely on mail order - not the best way to buy boots. My order was dispatched quickly and I was kept informed of delivery. Unfortunately the boots did not fit but return could not have simpler. Just put back in box, use the same plastic packaging and stick on the self addressed prepaid label.”

“Easy ordering, all automatic with real people behind it when you make a mistake or need help. My boots were a little small and I needed to exchange them. The return process was free and the only way it could possibly have been simpler would have been for someone to collect, which is clearly way too much to ask.”
