“This review is for Lowa online web service. Ordered 2 pairs of boots over 2 orders as 1st pair were too narrow. Excellent service on both accounts, would definitely use again and recommend to others. From order to delivery very efficient. Returns were a breeze and money was refunded very quickly.”

“I went to my first hike with my Lowa Renegade gtx it was an 8-km hike in the mountains and the boots handled amazingly the build, the grip and the quality is outstanding! will never pick any other brand than Lowa !”

“A great company with high quality shoes, I've been daily driving lowa shoes for almost a decade now. And a company with the absolute easiest returns, they actually take the extra effort to include a pre-paid return barcode in the box for those of us who don't have printers at home.”

“I'm on my 6th pair of Lowa's which says a lot. They have got it right when it comes to fit, performance and quality. Not much else to say except that given the choice, I wouldn't use anything else.”

Hi James, Thanks for your order and your review. I can see we did send over the invoice with the VAT breakdown when you emailed about it, but for data protection had to send it to the email address associated with the order, rather than the other email address you mentioned. “I love my Lowa walking boots. They were comfortable from the first time I wore them (they are my second pair, after two years of constant use my first pair needed replacing). My only tiny complaint - the laces are too short meaning I can't tie them in a double bow. They are a snug fit and second time around I went up half a size - so a full size above my normal shoe size. These boots are brilliant and I thoroughly recommend them, durable and so very comfortable and supportive”
