“Lowa is the only company I know that makes an 8.5 size in women’s boots. I take an AA width and these boots, although not a narrow fitting, come up quite narrow. I use a Trailblazer insole which makes them a perfect fit. Although I would prefer low cut walking boots, these mid cut boots give me support and ensure that I don’t slip up and down at the heel. These are my second pair so I’m obviously pleased with them! Easy to order online as well.”

“Jury's out... Generally very comfortable, but I'm getting blisters on both second toes, even on short walks. The interior lining seems to bunch and push down onto the top of the toes. Will try again with looser lacing across the toe area.”

“This is my third pair of LOWA Renegade GTX boots. They are comfortable right from the start. I climb Munros and have never had any blisters or sore feet while wearing them. They are also very waterproof. I've been through rivers and boggy ground and have never had wet feet. I treat them with Nikwax Spray regularly. Most comfortable boots I've ever had.”
