“I have constant problems choosing the right size to get a good fit. I like snug fit but then regret it as I then get damaged toe nails. So when I tried on the Lowa and found them immediately comfy i thought they'd be fine. They are 10.5 (45) and the same size as a Scarpa leather pair I have recently bought. Unfortunately I have found them to have far too much volume. They need overtightening to hold and where the boot creases at the top front this fold ribs against the top of the toe and rubs the skin off. I wish I'd tried a smaller size but the size was the same as other boots I wear ok and walking around the house is just not enough to judge.”

“I’ve just purchased my first pair of Lowe Renegade Gtx narrow women’s boots - blue. Massive support from the very helpful guy at Cotswolds Outdoor Shop - great recommendation and help with right shape, size etc. As soon as I popped them onto my feet they felt like my boots. I’ve worn them round the house today, just to settle them in, and forgot I was wearing walking boots. Then I set out, and my feet felt so happy walking through torrential rain - they were comfortable and dry. Seems like a very high quality product. Very happy with my purchase.”

“All Autumn I have been envious of my friend in her Lowa boots! Her feet dry whilst my boots leaked. So I decided to buy a pair and I love them.They are so comfortable, but the best bit is dry socks! Highly recommend.”

“I'm a very active walker and I always buy Lowa walking shoes as they are an extremely comfortable fit. Unusually, some of the stitching started to come away on a pair after just a few month wear but the shoes were replaced without any problems.”
