“These boots are for our Grandson and he will not wear anything else. His last pair have seen better days and he has been loathed to part with them they are unfortunately heading to " boot heaven" but will always be fondly remembered.....”

“Lowa’s customer services were brilliant. I was struggling to find the right fit for a pair of walking shoes to take me round rocky coastal paths. Both Isaac and James spent lots of time helping me work through various requirements and had lots of useful suggestions for lacing techniques to help my heel stay in place. They recommended three options and Lowa has such a good returns policy (free and easy) that I could try out different pairs at home and keep the one that suited me best. The refund was back within a few days. Smooth, easy & exceptional service.”

“I was very pleased with the availability of contact with James when I was trying to establish the correct size for me and my requirements. I was able to order the first size and return the boots quickly whilst receiving the next size up within 48 hours. James helped me through a return of the second pair due to a very minor issue with the lacing lug, and had a replacement delivered in less than 24 hours. The boots themselves are a very good fit, are a quality product, and are the most comfortable I have had. Whilst only have used them for a few days so far, I am very pleased.”

“Seems that buying good quality waterproof boots is a bit of a minefield, I had a pair of Meindl that let me down after 14 months of light use and whatever boots you look at there are raving reviews and horror stories of how bad they are. Lowa had some of the best reviews and i really hope they live up to my expectations and give many years of good service. Straight out of the box they were comfortable although a bit stiff feeling i guess this will subside with a few outings, delivey was very fast and relly impressed ny what seems to be a quality boot time will tell. So its a five star for inital experience.”

“I bought these for my wife’s birthday (old romantic) and she’s giving them a 9/10 says they are very comfortable seem robust, good grip on the Vibram sole, bit of a blister but that could be sweaty feet or bad socks..”

“This is already my second pair of Lowa shoes and I absolutely love them. Very durable, high quality, and comfortable. I chose to stay with the brand as I felt very safe as an amateur hiker even in wet and slippery terrain. I would definitely recommend Lowa!”
