“My first pair of quality walking boots fell into a heap of rubbery dust, they were quite old. Which was Lowa response, they generously offered me 20% on a new pair! I tried another make first, but missed the over all comfort fit of the lowa boot. So,just have to live four or five years not to be faced with the same problem? Just try and wear they out before they disintegrate.”

“The new Ladies, Renegade wide fitting walking shoes are excellent. All lowa shoes are very comfortable (I was advised to try them by two friends) but these gave me a little extra width where required. Thank you Iowa I’m a convert.”

“I’ve always wanted a pair of Lowa shoes / boots finally got myself a pair of shoes and climbed Snowden in Welsh rain. They worked perfectly and no pain breaking them in. Quality can’t wait for a pair of boots. Thanks guys”

“Already have a pair of Lowa walking shoes which I love. The new pair ordered are very comfortable and fit beautifully but unfortunately the inner sole isn't padded enough for me so will be returning them.”

“I ordered a pair of Renegade gtx walking shoes for my wife, she had tried a pair on in a Cotswold outdoors shop and found them really comfortable. We decided to order from the Lowa website at a later date. Unfortunately when they arrived they were too tight across the toe area so we had to return them. We then returned to Cotswold outdoors and bought the original pair where we were informed that they came in narrow and wide fitting, I didn’t see this information on the Lowa website. I can’t fault the service as they were delivered within two days of ordering, but I was surprised that the same shoes were £160 from Lowa and £150 from Cotswold outdoors.”

“Arguably the best footwear that I have ever bought. Amazing boots. Comfortable, warm, fully waterproof, brilliant grip on the sole and great ankle support. Usually walk for 5-8 miles in them everyday through the forest. Confident in saying that I will only be buy walking footwear from Lowa, from now on. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“I have a pair of Taurus Lo which are advertised as being suitable for every day wear walking so I have used them as such and they are very comfortable as well as doing light walking where the waterproofing is excellent . My complaint is that the heel has worn very quickly and I find that it is not possible to resole them . I have had a pair of light weight Lowa before and the heels lasted very much longer the rubber seems to be much harder , Lowa really should make it clear that if used a shoes they will only last as long as other shoes and are not resolable .”

“Straight out of the box and out in the Peak district. The toe box is slightly narrow but this suits my feet. The vibram sole, similar to the sole on Tibet boots, offered excellent grip on muddy tracks and ice over the last 2 weeks. A well designed and made shoe, as you would expect from Lowa”

“Quality of the shoes looks excellent and there is a great range. Just a shame that the suggested supplier only carried a small range and then mostly no in my size! Just when a red-brick store can actually compete (and win) against online shopping, they just don't seem to bother.”
