“Good prompt service and delivery of these Lowa laces, but a shame that the correct colour match for my shoes (and indeed other colours listed) was not available when I ordered. Apart from colour product quality seems good.”

“I have a AA narrow fitting and struggle to find specialist footwear. This was one of the very few available. Others go on about lacing them up differently or wearing thick socks but anyone with narrow feet knows this is a bad option. The boots fitted well and I have only walked 6 miles in them so far but no blisters! Unusual for me! Only available in one colour way in narrow but as they say beggars can't be choosers...”

“My old pair of Lowa boots lasted me 10 years. With the new pair, however, after less than 2 years, the sole separated from the leather leaving a sizable tear. I wrote to the customer service of Lowa UK and, even if the boots were not in warranty anymore, they sent me a new pair free of charge! Very nice.”

“Just bought my 4th pair of Lowa Renegade Women’s boots. I use them most days and they last about 3 or 4 years. They’re very comfortable for walking several miles and give great support and grip. I now have the wide fitting and just wish they were available in more colour ways.”

“Very fast delivery. Colour of laces on the boots and the internal material colour was not as bright as shown in the website so this was misleading but not enough to send boots back.”

“The pair ordered are identical to a pair I bought a year (1500 odd miles) ago; they're comfortable for anything ranging from a local road walk to the Pennine Way.”

“I have had excellent service from Lowa. My first pair of walking shoes were too big and the returns service is quick and easy. The refund came through immediately and I then ordered a pair of mid walking boots which arrived really quickly. The customer service is excellent - really helpful advice as I have long narrow feet which are a nightmare to fit. They guided me to the right choice which I probably would not have tried otherwise.”

“Well made and robust boots. I have wide feet (not extremely) but despite ordering the 'wide' ones found even they were slightly snug. Still impressed and would recommend them.”

“Excellent turn-around time from placing my order to receiving my replacement laces. My only criticism would be that my last order arrived in a paper envelope and this time my laces were delivered to me in an over-sized plastic bag…..”

“I bought the Lowa Baldo Gtx boot and I wore them straight out of box on an 11 mile hike in snowdonia. Absolute the most comfortable boots I’ve ever worn. The only reason I didn’t give it a 5 is because they didn’t make the hills easier to climb 😂”

“Lowa are expensive but the quality is good. Been with another competitor for 10+ years,and they walking boots and shoes are not made to last and quality is going down hill.So now I'm sticking to LOWA for a quality product.”
