“The sizing doesn’t seem right. Size eight insole for a size 8 boot and there’s a good half inch of space at the heel. Constantly sliding back inside the boot.”

“I purchased new insoles for my Lowa Mountain GTX boots. I have had these boots for over six years. The first 3 years they were worn constantly in my job as a Police Officer. Now retired they have been resoled and are excellent for dog walking and hillwalking. As comfortable as my slippers. Highly recommended, particularly for Police work as it is like wearing your slippers. I wore them through winter and summer.”

“I’m pretty new to the Lowa brand but needed new walking boots after my old pair stopped being waterproof. The reviews I read and the website info on attention to detail gave me the confidence to try them. I purchased a pair of Renegade GTX Mid boots in the Espresso brown as am traditional with my boot colour preference 😀. They have been brilliantly comfortable from the start, and the sizing is spot on for my ‘normal’ foot shape and size. Only had a couple of trips out in them but they feel very grippy on wet muddy paths and fields, and definitely feel more grippy than my last boots on tarmac. Dry feet when out is a big plus again too! I’m very pleased with my choice and would certainly recommend them.”

“Everything about your service was excellent thank you. THe order arrived promptly and everything was in order. The trainers look beautiful and are solid and very well made. Unfortunately for me the Sirkos Evo GTX shoes do not seem to be as comfortable as the Sirkos GTX shoes I had last time which were absolutely perfect. I have severe arthritis in both my feet and my new trainers feel much harder than my old ones so they hurt my feet at the moment. The shoes also seem longer (so too big) and narrower than my last pair which does not suit me nearly as well as my old pair even though I got the same size. Hopefully the shoes will soften up with age so the become more comfortable on my feet. Thank you anyway.”
