“Speedy delivery but £14 seems a bit expensive! Everything was in order although the box was split open on top and bottom. Perhaps stronger boxes needed. Overall all the items ordered are quite good. Can’t fault it. Will look into ordering again soon!”

Rosalind, we are sorry about the unfortunate timings of the cars blocking your access and the need to move goods manually. We only got to hear about this after the event. The removal of pallets is temporarily suspended by the delivery network to help reduce contact with the current pandemic. We have only been recently informed of this. We now have new notification software to help give texts etc. We are glad the logs are satisfactory and good value.

“Arrived on the day they were supposed to, although was unable to track delivery. Had no emails to confirm that delivery was coming on the said date, from either logsonline or the transport company. Excellent service from the transport driver when he arrived, placed pallet just where we wanted it. When we unpacked the pallet we were very pleased with the quality of logs. Great service in all.”
