“Great product but don’t expect delivery on time. Second year running delays of over a week, terrible comms and need to call up and chase. Change your delivery provider, they are letting you down. When the delivery did arrive the lone driver couldn’t get the pallet off his van himself and needed my help to take the weight of the pallet. Just as well I am fit and healthy.”

“Haven't used the logs yet, but they look fine...my only complaint is that they turned up 3 days too soon!! Fortunately we were home and were able to unload the logs before it rained, but I had chosen a particular delivery date for a reason..!!”

“The order arrived in good time. It was great I was able to choose my delivery date. Birch logs were a great choice, clean and efficient, toasty and hot. I would definitely order again. I would have scored 5, but the only downside the was DHL delivery. He was rude and unhelpful. By the time I got to the door he had placed one box and gone back for the second. He placed the second box across the door step lintel and I was able to slide it into the house. When I asked if he could help me lift the first one across the door step, he said no, why can't you do it. As a female and an OAP, I shocked at his attitude.”

“Despite selecting a delivery date and having email confirmation of my order, my logs arrived over a week and a half late and there was zero communication from logs online that my order was going to be late until the day it shipped (despite the shipping date being 5 days after the expected delivery date). When I contacted logs online for information about my order, I initially got no response and then was told they would need to find out and would let me know the next day. There was zero proactive communication from them at all.”
