“Usually this company provide an amazing service. But with my last delivery they used DPD to deliver. Unfortunately all the bags of logs were put into boxes, which by the time I got them were busted open. Making bring them in difficult. I also had 6 large cardboard boxes to get rid of. Also although I chose a day for delivery, DPD failed to deliver on that day and I had to make arrangements to be at home the whole of the following day to ensure I received it. When placing a +£100 order I would expect the service to be better. I will say that the instant chat function is very useful and there is always someone there to help.”

Laura, we are sorry about this. We normally ship orders of this size on the pallet network, but during this period the level of service was rather poor on the network with long delays so we decided the best option at the time was to use DPD. The pallet network is running much better again so any future orders will be shipped on it. Thanks for taking the time to let us know.

“I ordered oak logs on a Thurs with delivery the next Tuesday. They did not come for three weeks. The customer service agent was very kind and kept me updated, which is why I gave this a 4, otherwise, I'd have rated LogsOnline at 1. I do believe that it was a supply line fluke and would order again.”

“Deliver kiln dried wood in cardboard boxes which is great. Would be even better if delivery was free over £50 rather than £99. Kindling also in nets with no option of boxes which is a shame and means I’ll go elsewhere next time”

“Easy to order and quick delivery. The option of order a larger number of smaller bags (rather than a bulk load) is really helpful of you have no drive or area off street. They bags came on a pallet which fit on my path. We were the able to easily carry the bags through to house into the back.”

“I ordered my pallet of birch logs earlier in the year and as I was planning a trip abroad didn’t want them delivered until I was back at the very end of October.
