This plant is not made of silk. It’s plastic, and looks like plastic. I’m currently complaining to JustArtificial about this and I’m waiting for them to get back to me. Don’t buy it - it looks plastic-ey and cheap.

I cannot recommend this company! An order was placed on the 15th November, advised there would be a delay as an item was out of stock, then advised a further delay. I asked for the stock items be delivered and the missing item to be refunded to my credit card - I am still waiting the refund!!!

Hi Dan, Sorry to hear that, ideally customers would contact us through the correct chanels ie phone or email before hastily writing a disgrunted review, sadly it seems this is not always possible. We checked and you was emailed a tracking email confirming dispatch on the 18th Nov. Tracking number 5978471248888083. I have just tracked it and it shows as being delayed in transit, I will contact the courier for you and find out where it is and let you know, All the best.
Item STILL not received, despite chasing Just Artificial and despite promises made that the goods had been shipped. Beginning to think that the goods don’t actually exist. Excellent way to make profit....charging customers without providing the goods. Will NEVER shop on this site again

Sorry to see you just asked us where your order is by leaving us a poor review. We would normally expect a customer to contact us first by email to ask us, so that we was given the chance to look into it for you and resolve. I can see this was shipped (as per the dispatch email we sent you with tracking info in it) over a week ago and on tracking it looks like the parcel has got delayed on route. So now that we are aware we will contact them for you and ask where it is and what's happened to it. As soon as we know we will let you know, and if it is lost we will get more shipped out immediately.
This company do not keep their word. I paid for Next Day Delivery at a huge sum and still not received it 3 days later

Thank you for taking the time to post a Review. We are sorry to hear that, however on checking you ordered at 8.40am Thurs 24th and we shipped standard shipping (as you had selected) the very same day. If you had put notes or contacted us to say you needed them for the next day we could have seen if you wanted to upgrade your shipping to overnight next day. We do give multiple options during order to add any notes like "need by a certain date" or "leave with neighbour" and also during checkout you can choose your delivery speed. Surely if you needed this urgently you would have been better doing one of the above. That is what we always advise anyway then at least we have the chance to do our best and get it to you in time. We are sorry for you that it missed the occasion however we do wish you had let us know and given us and yourself a chance. Thank you
Ordered some flowers and were not going to arrive in time as originally stated so called to see if the delivery could be speeded up. Had to cancel as not available by time needed and told a refund would be processed. Now three weeks later and NO refund, contacted them and said it will be done soon. Not a very good service.

delay with part of my order. Stock was due by a certain date. If was any delay I would be notified. I wasn't. I had to chase the order. Was offered refund but still haven't received it. Was disappointed when the rest of my order arrived. Flowers a lot smaller than expected

I have not received my order yet. Hermes sent an email stating I was not in when delivery attempted. I was in and no note was left through my door. Very disappointed with the service from Hermes, especially as there is no contact information to make a complaint.

Absolutely rubbish. Can’t be bothered with the grief of returning. Have learnt lesson not to buy such things on line. This companies description of this item very inaccurate. Just a very cheap plastic plant, but not so cheap to buy.

Order placed 27/08/18 still not arrived. Tried to deliver on sat morning despite being told Mon to Friday accepted only. Furthermore Hermes claim to have attempted to deliver Mon 3rd Sept. This is not true this is a business office and is maned all day. No attempt to deliver was made and this is a false claim which only causes annoyance. Very disappointing service and poor attitude in response from Just Artificial. Would not recommend.

Sorry to hear this, let us give some clarity on the events - Order placed Bank Hol evening 27th, we shipped the very next day Tues 28th on a 4 day service and added your delivery notes as requested to the labels (Mon-Fri), courier tracking shows they attempted Saturday (despite the label notes) and then Monday (your business hours) without success. You emailed us on the 4th with a not particularly pleasant email basically threatening a bad review if we did not look into this for you, which we did not appreciate. We immediately looked into it and asked you for more info to which you ignored and just repeated your initial email on the 5th and without giving us chance went on to leave your negative review. We contacted the courier for you on the 5th and it was then delivered the next day the 6th at 10.35am and we emailed you confirmation. Again we are sorry that you feel you had such bad service and experience. We feel we did all we could to assist and get it resolved for you, perhaps there was not really a need to use the 'leave you a negative review if you don't chase it up' sentence in your intial email, as we would have naturally wanted to sort it for you without the need for that. Thank you.

Service is absolutely rubbish!! We waited for weeks to receive our items which then turned up badly packaged and damaged. We tried to get a refund which turned into even more of a hassle!! the package was meant to be picked up in order to get our money back, we were sent a label for the package but it was never picked up. the person we spoke to was extremely rude and unhelpful. biggest waste of money! I would avoid using this service!!

Hi I MADE AN ORDER END OF APRIL 2018...Ref 72323....PAID THE £300+ IN ITS ENTIRETY....6 WEEKS LATER I AM INFORMED THAT THE GOODS WILL BE OUT OF STOCK UNTIL AUGUST SO I ASKED FOR A REFUND.....I AM STILL WAITING 1 WEEK LATER DESPITE SEVERAL EMAILS.......DISAPPOINTING BECAUSE THEY MANAGED TO TAKE PAYMENT QUICKLY!!!!!! I HAVE DEALT WITH THIS COMPANY BEFORE AND USUALLY IMPRESSED WITH SERVICE...WHAT HAS GONE WRONG?

Sorry to see this but it is somewhat inacurrate and the emails you have been sending quite aggressive and threatening, total paid was £254.75 on order as per usual with most online companies - (payment on order), we advise you we was out of stock and due end May, you said you was fine to wait but not into June, we emailed you on 31st May to advise our shipement was delayed would you like to wait or be refunded in full. You said refunded in full. You chased your refund 2 days later and we advise accounts normally do these within 7 days, on the 6th day you posted this review and sent us an unpleasant email threatening to leave this review everywhere you could till you got your refund and that you had raised it with your card company. So now we cannot refund you as your card company will deal with it and you will have to wait for them to sort it which will take longer. Your review is like your emails - over the top and uncalled for despite all our responsive customer service and keeping you informed and the choice with you at all times to wait for the new stock or be refunded. What more could we have done? As you say you have used us before so you know we are trustworthy and reputable. We are very disappointed to see this type of review it is unjustified and hopefully anyone who reads it and our response will make their own judgement based on the facts and the many other honest decent customers reviews left praising us and our products and services. Some people you just cannot please and it seems this to be the case here. All the best.
