“The 2 x 5ft palms I ordered were bright lurid green, and looked plastic - not at all what I expected for just under £200! Very disappointing.”

“ordered flowers for a wedding they arrived not the same color as picture and covered in glue i had requested a return straight away iv been waiting 4 days they only email very late afternoon and so far still have not given me the return details!! customer service is none existent as i was just told to pick the glue off !!! they do not even answer the phones. avoid the hassle and go to a florist instead. stay away.”

“I ordered one plant. Despatch was promised in 2 days. It didn't arrive and no notification of delay was given. After 10 days I emailed asking where it was, They said few more days but no explanation for the delay. It actually arrived 18 days (14 wkg days) after my order but still no explanation. When it arrived it was packed in an old piece of corrugated cardboard just wrapped around it and taped up with brown parcel tape. The cardboard was too short and the end of the plant had been bent over to get it in. My complaint was fobbed off. I was told the plant would straighten up (which it has done, but it should never have been bent in the first place) and still no explanation for the delay. I paid £5.25 for P/P but Hermes would have charged £2.79 so the rotten reclaimed corrugated cardboard and tape cost me £2.46.”

“I'm thrilled with the 5ft Paradise Palm plant. I compared with many other websites and shops and so pleased I ordered from Just Artificial, plant looks very lifelike. Just artificial also expediated delivery to ensure delivery in time for a birthday gift. ( delay initially due to ad weather) Packaging could be greatly improved with nicer wrapping or boxed please.”

“I ordered flowers and after 2 weeks had not received them, I emailed the company and was told the flowers were out of stock in the warehouse when I asked why I had not been told this previously they did not reply just ignored me. I emailed and asked for a refund and again was ignored I have had ask Barclaycard Visa to escalate a case against Just Artificial so that I can get my money returned. Absolutely disgraceful way to treat a customer!!!”

“My flowers arrived in a well packaged box and they looked so real it almost had me fooled for a moment. They are beautiful and realistic and as I purchased them for a display for my office reception area they have now taken pride of place as a display area. A little pricey but well worth it.”
