“I bought the 35 'Glow' set to hang over the window in my living room and I was not disappointed when they arrived. They are perfect and set the warm & cosy atmosphere I wanted for the winter months.. I have recommended C&C to all of my friends who have complimented me on the lights and will never buy these types of lights from any of the 'imposters' out there who claim they are the same as yours - they most definitely are not! Plus, I am originally from Brighton and therefore, you will always be supported by me..”

“I LOVE Cable and Cotton. The have a huge variety of colours to choose from, I love looking at the inspirational ideas they share on their website and you also have the option to personalise and create your own cables - which is fab. The spheres are such good quality too and the light strings are so long and versatile - they can literally go anywhere/fit around anything! I have bought baby boy lights for my nephew's room and recently baby girl lights for my nieces room so it was only right to treat myself and buy lights for my new living room. Thanks Cable & Cotton I will be sure to use you again :)”

“I picked the colours that I did because some of the colours I bought in my last set were out of stock - but I’m so glad I went a little out of my comfort zone because I absolutely love my new set! The colours are gorgeous and I love the new LED lights - they’re brilliant. Thank you so much!”

“They worked for about 1 month and then grey stopped working. I checked the bulbs and changed the fuse but could see what was wrong so threw them away. Very disappointed child and me as it was a waste.”

Hi, I'm really sorry (and also disappointed) that you didn't have a great experience with our lights. Kate, our customer service guru is always on hand and willing to help if there are any issue (hello@cableandcotton.com). Please email her and she will be able to help you out and get you a working set. All our lights are now our own designed LEDs with an almost zero failure rate, so this means there is no chance of blown bulbs or fuses. Apologies again, but please give us a chance to make amends and get you up and running again. Best regards - Anthony

“Didnt realise the lights would turn up needing to be assembled, especially considering the price paid for them. Assembling them was not simple as there were a lot of inconsistencies in the openings... few had to be pressed to hard to get the LED in that they were left looking a bit less than perfect for brand new lights. :(”

Hi, really sorry that you weren't 100% happy with the lights. If you'd like replacement balls to swap for any damaged ones, please get in touch with customer services at hello@cableandcotton.com and Kate will be happy to sort this out for you. Each ball is individually handmade so the slit for the light can vary slightly. Also some dye colours make the balls stiffer than others. We're making the slits a little bigger to make it a little easier to get the balls onto the light string.
