“My lights look beautiful in my living room. Being able to select my colours means they fit perfectly in the space. Something lovely about coming home on a dark winter's night and switching on my lights, feels lovely and cosy. Now having to resist the temptation to buy more of them. Maybe as a birthday present for myself in January”

“Ordered a set of the string lights as I have had a set for a few years now and they are fab. I have ordered another 3 sets for friends for Christmas this morning as they always comment on how lovely they are. Delivery is very quick . lots of lovely ideas and choices of colours to pick so don't hesitate have a look and you never know what lovely combinations you will come across.”

“Love my C&C lights, had them for several years! Was delighted to see they were doing LED light strings so I bought a set and put my balls on, perfect! They are far superior to the last nights, I know they are cheap to run and cool and more stable plus they are in a string and not a loop, so much easier to set them up, aesthetically wise, for where I want them, around a cupboard. Happy!”

“Lovely lights, look great...but I hadn’t realised they are self assembly. Not sure why the website lets you shuffle the colours if you then have to put them on yourself. It’s fiddly to put them on, some needed the holes cutting bigger and it took ages. With my daughter excited to see them it was disappointing to open a box full of balls and cable.”

Hi, Thanks for the feedback and sorry you were a little disappointed. As we offer a completely customisable service where customers can choose their own bespoke set of lights from a choice of 50 colours, I'm afraid we can't pre-mount the cotton balls onto the light string. In fact, most of our customers find this element of arranging the colours and popping them onto the lights as part of the experience and rather fun. But I appreciate not every one will. Sorry that wasn't quite what you had wanted. Each cotton ball lampshade is handmade and the slits can vary a little in size. We are ensuring that the slits are consistent and big enough for the new LED lights. Sorry if you had to enlarge a few slits yourself. I hope every other aspect of our service and product was up to scratch and you're enjoying your Cable & Cotton fairy lights. All the best - Anthony
