“Found it a little difficult to just order the balls ( it was confusing on the website) and no cable as I already had cable and was changing a couple of colours. But obviously did manage it! Received order swiftly and efficiently. Thank you.”

“The lights are fantastic we love them!! really really well made, packaged and a great product. My only thought was that when we ordered the lights on the website we spent AGES clicking through the order of the lights with the 'Random' button as we thought this was how the lights would be when we got them and would be pre=made in this order - but you position the lights yourself when they are delivered. But overall we love them! they look amazing in our nursery”

Hi, fabulous photo thank you for sharing. I am really sorry we had a slight technical issue with our website not sending out the order confirmations. All is now fixed! As a small family run business we can not always get to the phone but we are here on the email all the time! Best Wishes C&C

“Lovely product and would order again, however delivery was poor. Delivery was suppose to be up to 5 working days but took 7. I don't think this is acceptable when you have to pay for delivery.”

“I ordered replacement cables for 20 and 50 lights plus the plugs and they were delivered very swiftly. the lights themselves are a great improvement as the shades no longer fall off. My only slight reservation is that the strings are slightly shorter than the old ones”

“Few issues with the website. The 20 string light was missing as an option for a few days and I had to email. However I received a fast response and the problem was quickly resolved. Love the product as always.”

“Great selection of colours chosen by them to coordinate with my little girls room. Great product would defo order again. Not 5 stars just because several of the balls didn’t have slits in so had to cut myself but wasn’t difficult with a Stanley knife.”

“Nice presentation and colours are lovely. Think the 'tax' should be included in the price and not added on at the end. Also it would have been nice to get a plug included on the price.”

“These are a step above the usual fairy light and I'd definitely recommend if you're looking for that little bit extra - vibrant colours and a beautiful design. Only downsides are that they're a USB port as standard with a surcharge for the plug, which feels a bit steep given the min. spend is £25 for the smallest set. Also quite fiddly to assemble the lights yourself upon delivery, but it was worth it for how lovely they look.”

“Clearer instructions needed to screw the bulbs right in. We were worried about breaking them and thought some weren’t working. Free spare wouldn’t be a bad idea and where to order replacements when they do go”
