They are beautiful , but it feels like the plug head could have been included for that price instead of having to buy it separately. Also some stickers to put them on the wall would be great.

Dear Anon, Thank you for taking the time to post a review - we are really glad you think the lights are beautiful. A lot of our customers already have spare mobile phone chargers which can also be used to plug the usb port into a wall socket so we do not include a separate plug as well. I hope you were able to source one okay. You can also buy command clips to attach the lights to the walls via Amazon, as we are temporarily out of stock of them. Really gorgeous lights, they all work well. The reason it isn't dive is because of the do it yourself element, it may have varying levels of success

Good product, lovely and bright. Only negative is that some of the yellow colours were too small and needed to be made bigger.

Very prompt delivery but the box had been damaged in transit which dented the contents (fairy lights) but I was able to push them back in to shape so did not contact yourselves.

Bought a set from Brighton about 18 months ago, we had only just started using them in our new home, sadly less than 2 months later they stopped working, rather than buy new bulbs I bought a cable replacement which are now LED, so in the end the set ended up costing about £55 which is a lot of money for lights but I do love them.

My lights were all working for one day. On day two one of the lights wasn’t working. Contacted you by email I and received a new cable in the post a couple of days later.

Love my lights, would have been a 5 but they took 2 weeks to arrive which was disappointing as it says 3 to 5 working days. However great product!

Love the final product BUT communication was minimal. I never received information about my order (not even a confirmation!) and nothing about shipping. I received the email requesting feedback long before I received the product. Love the lights and would order again but hope for better communication next time.

I like the new design of led lights, the old ones I had decayed and crumbled to dust when I tried to change the bulbs but I have high hopes for the new one - fingers crossed.

I really liked the cotton ball lights, they were much brighter than other similar products I have had. I just expected them to come with a plug not a usb. I might have missed that in the description.

Yes, the new LED cables do come with USB ports instead of plugs which can take a little getting used to - you can use any adapted usb plug to plug them into a socket, such as a mobile phone charger plug. Dear Julia, Thank you for your post; yes the new LEDs are slightly brighter then the filament bulb cables but we did make them off / warm white to avoid the stark cold white glare you can get with most LED lights. The LED cables do come with a USB port on the end and so need an adapted plug to be used in a normal there-pin socket. I am sorry you missed this info online when you placed your order and do hope you have what you require to enjoy your new light set. The plugs can be bought on the high street as well as online with us, or you can also use a spare I-phone charger if you have one. I very much hope you can enjoy your new light set. Lovely lights, and enjoyed making them up. Only issue was that everyone of the 19 green baubles had to be cut as no slit was visible at all.

These are a handmade product and while we make very effort to ensure they are cut to specifications this sometimes does not happen. Please kindly contact me on hello@cableandcotton.com if you need any replacements - whilst I cannot guarantee that these will be slit more widely, I can replace any balls compromised by the process. I love the product and the lights look gorgeous when on and off which is great! However within the Christmas set I ordered the green lights had not been pre-cut so they took quite a while to set up.

Beautiful product but some of the lanterns did not have their slit so I had to cut one myself. Worked out ok but not exactly ideal.

The product is top rate. My quibble is availability. This was a gift for my daughter. She chose 6 colours. When I went to order, no USB PSU was available. By the time it was, one of the colours she wanted wasn't. By the time she ghad chosen a replacement colour, the USB PSU was out of stock again. So, in the end, she didn't get the colours she wanted and I had to buy the PSU elsewhere. This was a shame. The PSU is fundamental. You should get better control over your supply and stock.

Dear Roger, Thank you for your post; I really appreciate your clear and concise feedback and will of course pass it on. It is that time of year when it is hard to predict what will sell out - especially colour-wise. We had a real run on pinks, blues and yellows this year - it was reds, greens and golds last year! So we try our best to predict trends as well as cater for them but sometimes we do run out... The plugs are necessary as you point out - I think running out of stock of these unfortunately coincided with the missing colour. We do get plugs back in again very quickly; they can also be purchased at hard-ware / electrical stores, and mobile phone charger plugs work with the LED cable USB port as well. I am sorry for the inconvenience you experienced and very much hope your daughter likes the colours she now has.
