“I love your Cable and Cotton lights they give the home a warm snuggly feel. The set I've just bought as a birthday present for some who loved my lights, so they have been package up and sent to twinkle snuggly warmth in Canada. Your service for delivery etc. Is always good.”

“The Bulbs don‘t fit!”

Dear Anon, Thank you for your post - please do kindly contact customer service so that we can be of more help to you on hello@cableandcotton.com It may be that you are having issues because the cotton balls were not attached to the bulbs according to the instruction leaflet that came with your order. To attach the balls you have to press down on the hole at the top of each ball with your finger and thumb to find the split next to the hole. You then push the bulb through this slit and pull it along to the hole where it will sit nice and snugly - and will not fall off. If you force the bulb through the hole only, it widens in the process and the balls then have trouble staying on. (Occasionally the split next to the hole is not wide enough - in which case you can make it slightly wider with a sharp pair of scissors.) The balls are designed to fit the lights so please kindly let me know how you get on. Yours sincerely, Kate

Dear Karen, Thank you for your post and feedback. I am sorry that you were terrified of ripping the cotton when you inserted the LED lights - this would be quite hard to do but sometimes the slits on the balls need enlarging because the cotton balls are handmade and sometimes the hole is not wide enough for the LED light. (It is rare though.) You can usually remove a 'dent' in a ball by pulling gently on the LED disc once it is in place. “The lights arrived promptly and supberbly packaged. They look fantastic up in my son's room. I haven't awarded 5 stars as with of the 5 balls where the slit was small and it was very tricky to push the light in. Two of the colours were also slightly different to how they looked online. Other than that I am extremely happy with my purchase.”

Dear Rebecca, Thank you for your honest post and your lovely photo too. I am sorry that the slits on the balls needed enlarging - the cotton balls are handmade and sometimes the hole is not wide enough for the LED light. (It is rare though.) If you ever want any colour advice / to match fabrics / paints etc in future please do send us pics and we will do our best to recommend the closest colours as sometimes the balls can look slightly different in various lights. All the pictures of each colour that you can see on the website are photos of the balls and as true to the colour as possible. I am really glad that you like the end result so much!
