I love the size and texture of these lights. My only reservation is that the darker colours don’t illuminate that well.

I had a longer wait than expected for my order as there were issues with supply of the colours I chose but the customer service was fantastic. Communication was excellent and the effort made on my behalf was apparent. One happy customer!

Good overall, thought you actually placed the lights into the cotton balls. Quite tricky even for me. Some blue balls were a little weaker than the others and the threads seem to come lose inserting the bulbs. Think you should do this for the customer.

The 20 string lights I bought are for a present, but a couple of the colours are quite bright, am I able to return the new balls that are too bright to exchange for different colours? I notice I am able to purchase additional balls in packs of 5 - but all of the same colour! Is it possible to purchase individual colours? Many thanks.

Very pretty, arrived quickly. Some balls were a little more difficult than others to get onto lights but well worth the effort. I did not buy the usb plug because i had one but find my plug gets quite hot after a while and refuses to work until it cools down. The problem is with my plug not the lights.

Bought our first lights from a shop in Fowey and look lovely around the fire-place. Ordered a second set as a present and came within two days in the post even though it was Black Friday. The colours weren't quite correct but they resolved the problem quickly and efficiently. Will buy again when we need some more.

Arrived safely and well packaged, it’s a gift for Christmas looks lovely. Second purchase I’ve bouth from C&C and can thoroughly recommend them! Hopefully everything will work OK when we set them up on Christmas Day with my little boy!

Having had my own business, it is very important to let customers know what is happening if there is a situation with an order. Had I not mailed I would be wondering if my order was ever going to arrive at all. The good bit was that Kate replied promptly telling me about what was going on and reassuring me that my order would arrive soon. After all this is the busy time!

I ordered from you a couple of years ago but decided I wanted the new led lights when I was changing my girls rooms around. The only thing I’m disappointed in is I ordered the day before Black Friday not knowing there would be a sale. I commented that I had done this on one of your Facebook posts and did not get a reply. It was a big order as well. So discount would of been appreciated.

Great product and customer service, only thing preventing a 5 star was the delay in shipping the lights. We'd left it a little late to order the lights and so selected the express delivery. There was a problem with availability of some of the colours which caused a delay, we weren't notified of the delay and this caused a little angst in getting the lights delivered in time. Kate was able to change the shipping address and we got the lights with a day to spare. Good result in the end but a little better comms from Cable and Cotton could have avoided the issue entirely

The lights are beautiful and get great comments from everyone admiring them. Just a shame that the led version came out just after as would have preferred them.

Hi Steven, Thanks for the feedback and glad you like the cotton ball fairy lights. I guess the introduction of the LED lights was always going to be just after some people had bought the originals. Sorry this was you in this case.
