“I like the lights, but I deliberately ordered LED lights through the website when I received the 'back in stock' email and the ones I received are not LEDs. I did not know this until a friend bought some and I realised the difference. I'm not sure why this happened.”

Dear Kate, Thank you for your email. I am really sorry you received the filament bulb cable and not the LED cable. I can see from your order number that you ordered a set which may account for why the wrong cable was sent out at the time. I will of course send you out a 35 LED cable from the shop if you would like me to? You can then replace the cotton balls into the new cable. “Our new lights kept blowing - replacement cable swiftly sent but it was old style with no switch on cable. Not the end of the world! :) We love your lights...can't wait to eventually go LED :)”

“High quality product, arrived promptly. It’s the nature of a hand-crafted product like this that things aren’t uniform, but I did have to cut longer slits in a lot of the “baubles”. Overall though, very pleased and would purchase again.”

“The lights were initially brilliant, but several of the bulbs went including the fuse, and even with the replacements I’d run out 2 months in, so I was pretty disappointed. But they’re great customer service sent me a new cable through, they’ve changed to LED now and these are much, much better. The lights look awesome again. Back to being a happy customer loving her lights and having them on at every opportunity”

Hi Michelle, well I am very sorry you had a bit of hassle with our Cotton Ball Fairy lights. Not what we like to hear and certainly not what we want our customers to experience. Please get in touch with the wonderful Kate, our customer services 'Ninja', on hello@cableandcotton.com - she will be delighted and determined to sort out this issue for you. We've now moved to LED lights so there will be no issues with fuses and bulbs 'popping'. Apologies again, and I hope you give us a chance to make amends. “Love the lights, I have bought a number of sets over the past few years and these ones didn't disappoint. The new LED lights with the on/off switch are a brilliant new addition, however I think it should be made more clear that they only come with a USB and you will need to buy a USB plug - I would have thought it would be included.”

“Love the lights - so pretty. But it was a pain as most of the holes to insert the bulbs were too small so it took ages! I loved being above to choose my own colours to match my dining room. Thanks!”
