“Had to order and pay over phone as website not working. But all done efficiently and goods arrived next day for both orders. Good service, excellent products, helpful instructions and great customer service.”

“Arrived very quick but box damaged so part of product also damaged on arrival otherwise would give 5*. Matter dealt with promptly after one phone call & a couple of emails to satisfaction. The actual product weber master touch is amazing.”

“Ordered a Weber Q1200 BBQ and when it arrived three of the legs feet were slightly damaged (looked like a manufacturing error). I contacted WOWBBQ Customer Service and emailed them pictures of damage. No quibble - they immediately raised a case with Weber factory and 5 days later I received a complete replacement set of legs, all perfect. Great customer service. Would highly recommend WOWBBQ.”

“I bought Weber MasterTouch BBQ, after looking around I found price at WOWBBQ was the cheapest. On the arrival of the BBQ I noticed, there were flaws in the bowl. Things like this happens, I understand this, but you can recognize great customer service by how it handles tough situations like this. WOWBBQ team was great at dealing with the issue, almost immediately They informed me Weber accepted the claim and would send replacement parts. In the meantime, I was asked to enjoy my new BBQ fully. Problem was resolved quickly, and in very professional way in my opinion. BBQ is amazing, a huge step-up from brandless garden grills. Works well in rain, which is quite a necessity in Scotland.”

“Great support and really, really fast dispatch. Less than 24 hours after ordering the bbq was on my doorstep in distant West Somerset. I also appreciated the focus on helping to claim the cash back from Weber. One week after applying that was approved so well done Wowbbq for your expertise. I have to match that now by learning to cook on the bbq.”
