“Ordered a Weber Master-touch, carry bag for my Smokey Joe and chicken roaster. All come within 24 hours. The grill for the BBQ was damaged so I called the NUMBER on the bottom of the email and within one ring Niall answered. This is itself is rare as most companies now only speak through email but after a quick measure up Niall concluded that it was out of shape and likely damaged in transit. By the next afternoon I had a replacement grill. Which was perfect. Personally, this is exceptional customer service and it’s nice to deal with a decent company and decent people. Would very much recommend to everyone.”
