“Probably the best service I have received from online shopping. I purchased a bbq which was entitled to cashback from Weber. Where wowbbq went the extra mile was the follow up email explains exactly what was required and what to do in order to get the cashback. Excellent comms. Very deserving of 5*”

“I bought a Weber Mastertouch premium, it was delivered extremely quickly. Unfortunately one of the legs was damaged so i reported this to WOWBBQ, Harsh at customer support was fantastic and logged a case with Weber straight away. I received a replacement within 2 days. Fantasic customer service! I will be shopping at WOWBBQ for all of my grilling needs going forward!”
