“Entirely satisfied with the ordering process and product delivery, but the delivery was very disappointing. Not only did the delivery company keep us waiting all day on the promise of a guaranteed time which kept being pushed back - ultimately they delivered 45 minutes later than their absolutely final time. They then proceeded to dump the incredibly heavy pallet and box on the middle of the drive and refused to put it in the garage as requested. We then had to dismantle the box outside and take it into the garage piece by piece leaving us with a huge pallet to dispose of. It may be easier for you to have the delivery by a pallet company, but as your customer, this did not work well at the point of delivery. I would suggest you give further thoughts as to how this is done in the future.”

“Cannot recommend WOWBBQ enough! Patrick was particularly helpful with an enquiry I had about the Weber Slate, and was able to answer questions I had struggled to find answers to online about the materials used on the griddle. Helped make my choice much easier, and was very responsive with getting back to me. The team were also great at keeping me updated on my delivery. In the meantime they even shared some griddle recipes for me to try - the smash burgers went down a storm! Thanks again, will definitely be back when I'm ready to add to the garden kitchen (got my eye on a Gozney next...).”

“New Weber BBQ ordered along with a couple of necessary accessories to keep it neat and tidy. Accessories all arrived the next day via DPD who kept me informed however, with 30 minutes to go they then advised me of a problem in my area and one of my parcels was delayed. On receiving the items they had it was the main BBQ unit that had been delayed and the driver wasn’t very helpful so I contacted DPD who were useless, so I rang WOWBBQ and spoke to Patrick who confirmed to me that the BBQ was still in London at DPD’s hub and that it should arrive the next day and that he was extremely sorry for the delay. He said he was in work the next day and would chase it up for me. Patrick did indeed ring to confirm the delivery was taking place and that if there were any issues with the BBQ as it had been in the courier network far to long that they would put things right.”

“The ‘bri’ was purchased for our son-law’s birthday, his excellent choice bless him. We are about to use it on 9th May. So far so good. It has yet to be opened. Easy to order but more than a couple of day to be received.”
