“Ordered at lunch time, was here within 24 hours. Ships with DPD so it's looked after. Great BBQ, really happy with it. BBQ rails are as good as the baskets.”

“Ordered the stainless steel grate for the Weber 57cm BBQ. Arrived promptly and, although I was worried about the packaging (bubble wrap in black plastic - taped up), it was in perfect condition. Excellent price too. I'd buy from them again.”

“Got the Smokefire EX6 for the same price as everywhere else, however they were the only company offering next day pallet delivery. In reality, it was quicker, I ordered it 10PM and it was delivered 4PM next day so basically in 18 hours.”

“Nice clear website. Lots of information. Competitive prices. After making the purchase the email updates were regular and informative and despite ordering on a Friday and not expecting the item to arrive till Monday it was with me the next day. Dear Roger, I want to reiterate that at the very beginning of our call (and all calls) you were greeted you professionally. You must not have heard this and instead went on a tirade of your experience of being a company director and how this was not good enough. To be honest, it took me aback and the call still sits fresh in my memory. You called to report a damaged leg. Unfortunately this does happen but the good thing is that we are well equipped to resolve this. As is standard, we require a photo but you were unable to provide this - no problem, we figured out what leg was damaged and I can already see that this has been delivered to you. 1 Star seems harsh. You must have ran a very tight ship at your company. Kudos to you, sir! If you need further assistance, please let us know.
