“Slow despatching an item I’d ordered. Saw the price drop later the same day so was able to call and get the sale price and a refund. Item received a day late but significantly cheaper. For that, five stars.”

“Excellent service from Patrick (e-commerce) who personally delivered our new bbq and accessories to us in Oxfordshire by 8-15 am last Saturday. You were badly let down by your pallet carrier who should have delivered on Thursday, and again on Friday, but did not! A weekend with family arriving from North Yorkshire Saturday lunchtime was saved. Impressed by this, our son has since ordered a Genesis II from you”

“Outstanding service WOWBBQ. Ordered a Weber Master Touch with a August delivery, arrived mid-July. The Grill Tray was damaged (Shipped from Weher like it) contact the team on Monday morning, replaced part in my hands Tuesday morning. Brilliant service.”
