“fantastic service, I bought a weber master touch premium. I was kept up to date with the delivery times and it arrived exactly when they said it would. unfortunately, my bbq arrived with a dent on the lid (these things happen) but to my surprise, getting a replacement couldn't have been any easier, WOWBBQ responded to my email very quickly, telling me they would be in touch when my new lid would be arriving with me and there would be no need to send the old lid back, a week later it arrived in perfect condition. would recommend and would feel very comfortable using WOWBBQ again.”

“First bbq ordered was left on the road next to rubbish and recycling outside the house by the delivery company. Never received it as that was taken away... Spoke to WOW bbq querying where it was and after establishing the mix up, they arranged a replacement the next day, albeit with the same delivery driver and company who was very embarrassed after I spoke to him. Said he was really busy and had a bad day. Just one of those things but I was super impressed with the customer service from Lee and the going above and beyond what was expected. Great service stands out and the quality of product is secondary as many others sell the same product. That's the reason why I will continue to use you. Personal service! Well done.”

“Great product and price and was despatched straight away. Sadly the delivery company failed to deliver three times leading to damage to the BBQ when it finally arrived but customer services sorted out easily and quickly.”
