“Due to stock delivery issues, my ordered item took some time to arrive, even though the item was listed as ‘in stock’ when I ordered it. Customer Services kept me appraised of the situation (thank you Megan) & my quilt finally arrived. As soon as the item arrived in store it was dispatched to me immediately & arrived next day. Beautiful quilt & well worth the wait, excellent customer service - thank you!”

“Firstly, I am delighted with my rug but not so delighted with the amount of time it took to arrive. I accept that there may have been shipping delays but it was up to me to query when I could expect delivery - Woven should have informed me of the delay. Admittedly when I contacted them (twice) they replied straight away”

“I'm happy with the rug but not really with the offer made online the day of my purchase. If I ordered the rug the same day, I could get a free anti-slip. I've checked that point with the online chat that promised to come back to me via email. It never happened. I got the rug without the free anti-slip.”

“Really happy with products supplied but customer communication not up to standard. My delivery timescale was 10-15 days and after 21 days I chased. I felt my order had been overlooked and had to chase again a few days later.”
