“I was advised 2 cushions would be sent as 1 was on backorder but did not receive them as advised by email. I contacted them and then all 3 were delivered together Ince I'd had a response. The items are lovely than you but the box was not completely sealed and they could have got wet as they were not in a bag within the box; I didn't mind less plastic packaging but it could have been sealed better.”

“I really love the William Morris duvet cover and pillow cases I bought. They took a bit longer to arrive than I'd thought and there was some confusion over delivery dates which is why I've just given 4 stars. The product itself is lovely.”
