“Initially my experience wasn’t overly positive and after reading some reviews I began to get a little concerned. However once Megan got involved everything was smoothed out in quick order and I received a replacement rug promptly and the the anti slip arrived a few days later. I think with Woven it’s best to just chill out and let things arrive, delivery information simply isn’t available thru some couriers which of course can be quite stressful when you trying to ensure you’ll be in to receive it but you simply can’t stop in forever, just wait for things to work themselves out and generally speaking everything is fine. Woven are pretty decent and I’d actually probably use them again but try to be more patient lol 😆”

“Quality of cushions great. I would have awarded 5 stars but unfortunately they took too long to arrive with poor communication. As a last resort I phoned and the lovely person I spoke to via phone sorted out delivery date and all was well. As I said at the beginning, great cushions, great quality.”

“You would have received 5 stars as the cushions are beautiful! Unfortunately the length of time they took to be delivered was overly long. I had to send several texts and make a phone call to find out when delivery would take place and the latter was the most productive. As I said, great product though.”

“Rug is excellent quality and arrived when expected. Happy with who experience and customer service from Woven. One small thing.. there was an offer of free anti slip mat for underneath which never arrived... despite leaving my email address on the chat box which came up with the offer ... no agents available.. but said to leave email address. :-(”

“Order took longer to receive than other providers. The items were of good quality but unfortunately I returned them as the did not suit. It was stipulated that if returning an item it was to be double wrapped. On arrival the cushions were uncovered and in a cardboard box which was not closed properly.”
