“Really happy with products supplied but customer communication not up to standard. My delivery timescale was 10-15 days and after 21 days I chased. I felt my order had been overlooked and had to chase again a few days later.”

“I purchased two products from Woven and was pleased with my purchases and quality of the goods I received. However for both products ordered, on the day of confirmed delivery, I was contacted by the courier DX Express advising that they 'were not able to deliver as expected'. A good company, let down by their chosen deliverers.”

“Products supplied I'm very happy with just a bit of confusion regarding delivery and lateness thereof. Had to chase once my 10-15 delivery days were 7 days overdue and received shortly afterwards.”

“I love the design and colours of my woven rug! It's good value for money, although the finish isn't perfect - it's not quite square and the finishing to one edge isn't straight, but overall I am fairly satisfied.”

“Saved over a £100 with the 'new customer' discount, which was nice. Gorgeous rug - great quality and lovely colours. Delivered in good time and not too much packaging which is a bonus. Highly recommend (especially with the discount!).”

“100 percent quality ....secure delivery ..... customer services that replied to my e mail could do with a bit of training tho .... and possibly send a message regards delivery rather than the customer having to chase up and then still not really being told till 12 hours before it was due ....luckily am I am in love and would use woven again for quality”

“Ordered large rug for lounge. Order processed and rug arrived within a week. Unfortunately, I forgot to add a discount code to my purchase but the company applied this for me later. The rug itself is as expected and adds warmth and colour to what was a very neutral room. I would recommend this company both for value for money and customer service.”
