“Placed my order over three weeks ago and have been told it has been lost by the courier. Have now been told it will be sent again but am still waiting a week later. Definitely wouldn’t recommend buying from this company.”

“I don’t know what this company is doing, there are loads of recently bad reviews popping up here and on trustpilot about poor communication and significant delays. I ordered a £200 rug Feb 1st and it’s now Feb 26th and have heard nothing. The phone line just goes dead so that is pointless and they don’t respond to any emails and they don’t update their customers on the status of orders. We would be more understanding of delays due to brexit or whatever if they would attempt to contact you but instead they just ignore and take your money. I have no idea if I’ll ever get my rug or my money back.”

“Ordered and paid for rug on 9th feb. Received confirmation of order and order number. It is now the 24th of feb. I have received no delivery date or apology for the delay, when trying to contact by E mail or phone, there is no reply. I have paid £83, where is my rug, or a reasonable explanation for delay?”
