I love my rug! I'm a returning customer, as first order was super quick and great value. Can't fault Woven. Amazing selection of designs on their website, very easy to navigate around.

I ordered my rug on 9th January. Still havent received a thing and it’s 12th March. I am constantly having to chase for an update and now I just want my money back. Awful customer service

I cancelled the rug and they charged me even though I never recieved it. They don't answer their phone and never responded to emails.

I don’t know what this company is doing, there are loads of recently bad reviews popping up here and on trustpilot about poor communication and significant delays. I ordered a £200 rug Feb 1st and it’s now Feb 26th and have heard nothing. The phone line just goes dead so that is pointless and they don’t respond to any emails and they don’t update their customers on the status of orders. We would be more understanding of delays due to brexit or whatever if they would attempt to contact you but instead they just ignore and take your money. I have no idea if I’ll ever get my rug or my money back.

My rug arrived very quickly after ordering & was well packaged. I love the quality colours design & look of my rug & it is everything I expected. Great service from start to finish & the lovely discount was an added bonus... would recommend

Fantastic service. When I ordered my rug it stated 15 working days for delivery and the rug actually arrived in less than half that time. Very Impressed.

Ordered and paid for rug on 9th feb. Received confirmation of order and order number. It is now the 24th of feb. I have received no delivery date or apology for the delay, when trying to contact by E mail or phone, there is no reply. I have paid £83, where is my rug, or a reasonable explanation for delay?

Poor customer service. I ordered a rug over three weeks ago the money has been taken from my card but no sign of the rug. I have emailed but no response, it is also impossible to get through on the phone.

Placed my order and payed for it in December, but still waiting for a reply from your side. I received your autorepy e-mail that my Order #18302 is confirmed after it was payed... but nothing after that when I wanted to know when do you intend to send it.

Amazing customer service! I’ve been dealing with James who has been so helpful and communicative throughout our transaction. I know due to Brexit there was a bit of a delay with the delivery of our rug but we’ve been kept up to date every step of the way.

Ordered my rug over a month ago, and paid in full. I’ve been told it’s stuck in Dover and their trying to get them delivered. I’ve been asked to look for another one as they don’t give refunds. But there is nothing else I like. I want my money back terrible company

Lovely and reasonable rugs. I'm happy with my purchase. I would have liked the pile to be a bit thicker but for the price I'm more than happy.

Great value and quick delivery. My only gripe is the packaging I.e. plastic around the rug has caused some wear (fairly minor) however I imagine this is largely due to the courier care. My daughter loves the rug either way and I definitely recommend.
