Ok but rug took several weeks to come & they only communicated with me when I emailed them. I understood the delay when they told me why but communication could have been much better.

I really love the rug but I did have to wait ten weeks for it. I appreciate that delays are inevitable in these times but an email to have kept me updated would have been good.

I would love to give a full 5 stars as customer service is excellent, only reason I haven't was the delay in refund for a returned rug. The rugs I kept are all perfect though and I've already recommended this company to friends.

the product is great and the replies from the company are great the only issue is the website every time i try to log in it rejects my account even after several changes to password that is my only complaint otherwise all great

When purchasing the print from woven it estimated 5-7 working days for delivery, I also paid a delivery cost. After 2 weeks I still hadn’t received it and despite emailing customer service on 2 separate occasions for an update, I received no response. I tried calling them but it just rang out and there was no answer. As a final resort I messaged them on Instagram and they couldn’t give me any more info on when I would receive my order just that there were delays. It took exactly a month to arrive in the end and although I am satisfied with the product, they really need to improve on their customer service and communication as it is absolutely appalling! I would not order from them again for this reason.

The item received was very smelly and replies to me are taking ages, still haven’t been able to et urn the item. Would not recommend.

when 1st order placed was told that the item was in stock ( uk) but was not it was coming from EU .when I call to see were my order was as tracking was not available was told by James that the order had gone missing. The same day I had also emailed and the response from Jasmine on the same day was 10-15 days on mention of lost in transit. so James told me that the said rug would be here Friday ......called woven friday as still no tracking update to be told the the delivery address is incomplete so allegedly the address was updated at 10.34am that day ....still no delivery by 16.30 call UPS myself to be told that they had not received an update so no delivery. requested a call back from James not received one todate .COMPLETE AND UTTER SHAMBLES happy to take your money but not prepared to sort out the PROBLEM they caused needless to say that the rug did not get delivered on the Friday.

I purchased a "Massimo" rug from Woven in February of this year. My purchase arrived in excellent condition, the item was simply stunning, a work of art. Delivery took around 14 days.

Placed my order over three weeks ago and have been told it has been lost by the courier. Have now been told it will be sent again but am still waiting a week later. Definitely wouldn’t recommend buying from this company.
