“I would love to give a full 5 stars as customer service is excellent, only reason I haven't was the delay in refund for a returned rug. The rugs I kept are all perfect though and I've already recommended this company to friends.”

“When purchasing the print from woven it estimated 5-7 working days for delivery, I also paid a delivery cost. After 2 weeks I still hadn’t received it and despite emailing customer service on 2 separate occasions for an update, I received no response. I tried calling them but it just rang out and there was no answer. As a final resort I messaged them on Instagram and they couldn’t give me any more info on when I would receive my order just that there were delays. It took exactly a month to arrive in the end and although I am satisfied with the product, they really need to improve on their customer service and communication as it is absolutely appalling! I would not order from them again for this reason.”
