“Poor customer service. I ordered a rug over three weeks ago the money has been taken from my card but no sign of the rug. I have emailed but no response, it is also impossible to get through on the phone.”

“Placed my order and payed for it in December, but still waiting for a reply from your side. I received your autorepy e-mail that my Order #18302 is confirmed after it was payed... but nothing after that when I wanted to know when do you intend to send it.”

“Amazing customer service! I’ve been dealing with James who has been so helpful and communicative throughout our transaction. I know due to Brexit there was a bit of a delay with the delivery of our rug but we’ve been kept up to date every step of the way.”

“Ordered my rug over a month ago, and paid in full. I’ve been told it’s stuck in Dover and their trying to get them delivered. I’ve been asked to look for another one as they don’t give refunds. But there is nothing else I like. I want my money back terrible company”

Hi Maria, Sorry to hear about the delays at ports, im sure you're aware there is little we can do about this. We certainly do give refunds, please let us know if this is what you require.

“Great value and quick delivery. My only gripe is the packaging I.e. plastic around the rug has caused some wear (fairly minor) however I imagine this is largely due to the courier care. My daughter loves the rug either way and I definitely recommend.”

“Superb Service and Excellent Value For Money - bought an expensive rug on line, after speaking with a helpful assistant over the phone. I searched for the same rug with other suppliers and Woven were over £150 cheaper. The delivery driver could not get his lorry up our road, so carried the heavy rug without even being asked. I was concerned that the rug would look different to the pictures on line, but bought with confidence knowing Woven would take the rug back if it was not suitable, thankfully it is exactly like the pictures and we could not be happier. Really, I could not have asked for better service from beginning to end.”

“Extremely quick delivery and the rug is gorgeous. I was worried that it would look cheap as it was very reasonably priced compared to similar ones I’d seen in other more well known stores (Next etc). But it’s got a really thick pile and looks really well made.”

“This rug is amazingly soft and thick. My Grandson loves it and falls asleep on it regularly. It is also good value compared to other equivalent makes. I am about to order my fourth one. I wish they did a complete carpet I would definitely buy it. Service from Woven was good and the price was excellent.”

“Bought the Celestial CES15 rug from Woven. The ordering process was very easy. The rug is lovely - just what I was looking for. And delivery was super, super fast!! What more could I want? An excellent shopping experience. I would not hesitate to use Woven again : )”
