“The hall runner was easy to order on the website and delivered promptly at this busy time of year. It was everything colour wise that I expected, but from the tiny picture on the website you could not see that the surface was sculpted. This uneven surface pushes the ankles over to walk on. My husband walks around it now, but looks nice.”

“I am very disappointed ... my order was meant to arrive before 6pm on the 22nd of December. Over a week later I have had no delivery.... chased up TNT the assigned courier and they are telling me a collection was never made. No one to contact at Woven as they are closed till 4th of January! So will just have to sit it out till then.”

Thanks for your review Marie. Its worth noting we are open, we're just working on a skeleton staff this week before we're back open as usual as of 4/1. Have you emailed the customer service team? if so they will get back to you.
